Wednesday, 10 November 2010. I know nothing about Obstacles. Had a link to this posted on the ol. I'm guessing it's a member of the band trying to promote the CD. Well, here's your reward: A post on a music blog not many people read! Is damn good in some places, neat in others, but also a bit annoying here and there too. The majority of this is really cool, it's just the heavily-edited and unnecessary. Parts that fall at the end of some of the tracks rub me the wrong way - not a huge deal.

No it's not math rock, but I think any math enthusiast will be into at least something this has to offer - tight/fast/manic drumming, fansinating song writing and structures, smart lyrics - it's all A here folks. Wednesday, 20 October 2010. Roo - EP 2010 (2010). First self release from this Albuquerque, NM math trio. They're not exactly. Reinventing the wheel but there's some really good tunes here none the less ( "Au". Sounds like this was recorded live in one of their garages or something, gives the songs a "we're just good buddys.
