Sb museum of art. Ivy court inn and suites. The owner of Brammall Industrial Supply,. A longstanding anchor business in downtown Benton Harbor wanted to contribute to the urban renewal of the downtown by renovating his unused warehouse space into residential lofts on the upper level and teaching studios for a non-profit music school on the lower level. The lofts were appropriately named. In a brainstorming session with the client, Bodnar Design Consultancy, and writer, Keith Oppenheim.
