Adventures in food geekery. Recipe: Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Up. 1 lb lean ground beef. 4 slices bacon, chopped. 1 small onion, chopped. Lb (8 oz.) Velveeta Pasturized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into -inch cubes. 1 pkg (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza crust. Oven to 400 F. Brown ground beef with bacon and onions in a large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return the meat mixture to the skillet, and add Velveeta. Cook until the Velveeta is melted, stirring frequently. Recipe: Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Up.
